Rude Customer Service Also I would like to add that after calling up the DoubleTree Customer Service I was treated like garbage. I was very polite, not looking for anything but an apology and the representative not only didnt listen to me as she sang along to her music but, when I asked her if she was listening she huffed and puffed then HUNG UP ON ME!!! Talk about representing your company! No matter what or who you talk to you cannot get any help or quaily service when dealing with these people. My advice, DO NOT book a reservation here and If you do, BEWARE!
Mouse Traps I would recommend bringing at least a dozen mouse traps for your room. You're going to need them!
