I've stayed at the CS in Havhill many times during the past few years visiting family. The staff are highly professional but warm, helpful, down to earth and always welcoming. I have seen them easily work on calm days, and keep their heads in a power outage. Cannot praise them enough. And the hotel is always spotless.
