This hotel is cheap(er) for a reason. Customer service is almost non-existent, with no apologies for the lack of help. We knew it would be bad when we checked in and the old man "helping" us refused to listen to the problems with our reservation. We were in here the winter during a horrible storm and were snowed in. We tried to call the front desk and emergency number to get help, since there was no way out of the motel through the waist deep snow, but they didn't answer. Finally we, along with another guest, found an old shovel and made a path to the highway. Luckily the other guest had a friend in town and we were able to find food. I don't know what we would have done otherwise. The rooms are very old fashioned, but mainly clean.
