Convenient but noisy

Check in, facilities and location were good... however for Sat evening stay. There was a room party above us that went on until 5am with extreme noise and doors slamming! 5 hours straight did not allow for any sleep. I can't imagine how they allowed it to continue.

Bad Service and Pool Experience on a Romantic Getaway

For the last three years my girl friend and I have celebrated Valentines Day at the Radisson Hotel in Boston not just for the entertainment in Boston but also for the wonderful view of the city from the room. Our present experience was very disappointing. First, I always ask for the top floor suite and they assured me that I would get it. When we checked in they give me a small room nothing like the suite experience we had the previous times. We went to use the hotel indoor pool at about 07:00pm. While in the pool for just 15 minutes a service man was cleaning the pool by putting in very cold water. We only spent twenty minutes in the pool. I expressed my disappointment to the front desk and they did not seem to be very concerned. The hotel service was very disappointing. The staff did not seemed focused on customer service and not very polite. Even though the hotel was going through some construction the carpets and the overall hotel was very, very dirty. I am not sure if I want to give the hotel another chance. Boy I really had some good memories during my past visits at the Radisson in Boston. I will be very disappointed if customer service and overall appearance of the hotel does not change for the better. I am a very forgiving person who believes in giving second chances but for the price I have to pay for bad service I am not sure about this time.
