Great Service & Staff
We are regular visitors to Boston and generally stay at another hotel. We only spent one night at this hotel because of exigent circumstances that occurred at our other lodgings during our visit to Boston on this occassion. Even knowing that we were only overnight guests the staff was totaly accomodating and plesant. My experience here will weigh heavily in choosing where to stay on my next visit to Boston.

No Other Way To Go!!!!
We stayed at the Holiday Inn at Logan.. Last April..2004...the night before we went to Disney World.. with the 3 kids...very comfortable room.. overlooking the airport...so much excitement for the trip and watching the planes take off and land! We were able to enjoy ourselves in the lounge and the kids played pool. Too bad no one was able to sleep...too excited for Disney!!! Had a great time anyway!!!

Professionalism
The Holiday Inn Logan Airport is located adjacent to the airport; its staff is effective and anticipatory at realizing that hotel guests are transitioning to their airlines and at all hours. Given this reality the staff handle the movement with grace and professionalism. They certainly accommodated my needs with parking and shuttle services and I sincerely appreciate this assistance.

The room, big and comfortable
The hotel was clean, the people were great and the bar was OK. The room was big and comfortable. I have to mention that the hotel didn't have an INTERNET connection at the time, that was really bad!
