My husband and I have stayed at Hiltons many times...many locations. We had always had great service and accomodations. Except, when we visited in 2003 at the Hilton Back Bay...the visit was very upsetting. I found someone else's underwear in the bed. (It was not discovered until the next morning!)Obviously, the bed had not been changed from the previous guests. We will continue to visit Hiltons but probably not the one in Back Bay Boston.
