Cockroaches and Filth

My wife and I stayed here with a friend from 12/30/04-1/4/05 (5 nights) and we regretted not paying for a better place after 5 minutes. We walked into the room to find a cockroach staring out of the tub at us. Shaving cream was on the wall. The towels had hair on them. We called the front desk and the person who showed up to clean did a terrible job and was unfriendly. They obviously don't clean well here. Lines to check-in were awfully slow. Rates to use the computer (for printing plane ticket information) are $1/printed page + $0.50/minute of computer usage. When we checked out, we were charged for an extra room we didn't even use. They did refund this when we complained. Absolutely disgusting hotel with an awful staff. We would never stay there again. Hopefully Katrina destroyed this hotel.

Convienent location with access to trolly at front door. Room was very small and bathroom curtain was an old shower cutain. Staff was nice but restraunt (good food) closed very early. Disapointed but would consider giving it another chance.

O my goodness the reviews are correct...!!! This place SUCKS; I have received better service from Motel 6 this place. You can only check in after 4 pm we were there at 10, 1, and 3 and there reply to us was "In check is at 4". The staff was run by people that were so very rude...! Parking is $20 a night as well. The is a as why the Radisson sold this place.
