Renovation Raucous

I did not enjoy my stay. The hotel was undergoing renovations and the room was atrocious. If I had known the state of the facility, I would have opted to stay at another hotel. I hope that the facility is in better condition now since the renovation.

Quaint with relaxed atmosphere

Mature Couple

First impressions after long journey from the UK were that we were going to enjoy our stay at this hotel. The reception staff were most helpful and the concierge was a wealth of information. Our first visit was March 2003, we returned October 2003 and we like the hotel and the city of New Orleans so much that we are booked to return June 2005. Looking forward to seeing the renovations and the new Club. Peter GROVE.
