Poor Management

This was by far the worst trip I have ever had. We wanted a nice time away and what we got was the most stressful time if I wanted that I could stay at home. We went there for a concert and ended up missing the concert due to 1. the wrong room, 2. the towlet overflowing, 3. the shower not working. All in all we switched rooms three times and still did not get any sleep due to so much noise in the hotel and the maids cleaning the carpet outside our door at about 6am. The front desk lady was rude and not helpful at all, when I asked to switch rooms she said that she did not have any king rooms left for the night but when I got really upset she found a king room and tried to hide the fact that it was a smoking room. Upon check out the manager was totally not helpful and said that he would send us a free night stay I think he should have given us our money back and I really want to find out who the owner is to tell them just how poorly his/her hotel is being managed I have worked......
