I made a reservation a month in advance (directly with the hotel) to stay at the Inn on my way to catch an early morning flight from the airport. I even had a confirmation number. I called two hours before I would arrive at the hotel to ask a question and found out that the hotel did not have a reservation for me and was booked solid due to a local convention. Apparently, the young man I spoke to the day I called for a reservation, made the reservation for that very day (the month before I needed it) and not the day I'd requested. I was stuck frantically looking for another hotel that allowed parking for air travelers and had to pay an extra $50.00 for a room elsewhere. The Jameson did attempt to help me locate another hotel but tried to blame the scheduling disaster on AAA which actually had no part in making the reservation. I will never use this hotel again as it almost forced me to cancel my trip.
