Could not make a reservation due to a major event in town, event was not at motel but still could not make reservation. Called 5 times got 5 different stories on where to call for reservations. From chamber of commerce to another company called Helms Brisco. They had no idea where that info came from. After talking to supervisor, they gave me info for another hotel. Never said they were sorry it seemed they could not care less. Will never stay there and will do my best to spread the word

We paid the high price to stay at this hotel due to fact the Karaoke was listed as being at this hotel on the internet. My son was on a weekend leave from the Army and wanted to sing Karaoke. Found out that they do not offer Karaoke at this hotel but do at the West hotel. Requested to move to the West but they refused to allow this. On check in they refused to use my discount coupons stating due to the fair--this was not stated on the coupon. We had to look for someone to clean our room in late afternoon and had to go get our own towels. I feel that we should have gotten a discount due to the false advertising of this hotel on the internet. We travelled from Nebraska and my son's weekend was ruined because of this--guess what the Army does for us does not matter to this hotel.

Awful Services, do no care about their guests

There was rat poison in our room, my dog ate it. Flew there to watch show..never saw show. Over 2000 dollars in expenses for a "trip" that ended up with me spending it at emergency vet clinics. 1100 dollars vet bills, hotel did not even cover vet bills while it is a violation of a federal law to have this type of poison where pets or children could get it. Worse experience of my life, dont even recommend this hotel to my worse enemy!
