hell on earth!!! the owner/manger is psychotic/insane!!!... do you remember the kid in gradeschool who smelled funny and was picked on? do you remember the guy in junior high with the tiny penis in gym class? this guy is your innkeeper at "america's best inn, salina, kansas"... and he is STILL pissed off!!! my wife booked the room with the owner/manger's daughter and confirmed for $140/wk + taxes. when i arrived i dealt w/the owner and he tried to charge me $280/wk. eventually, after TOO much negotiations, i received the previously agreed upon rate but they tried to put me in a smoking room. one weekend, i tried to order a pizza, but the owner had a restraining order on delivery services to the location, and i had to go to a neighboring business to receive my pizza. my payment was due on sundays, and every sunday when i was making payment there was some poor soul who had made a reservation online and was trying to check in but was getting yelled at by the psycho behind the desk. there isn't enough space to convey the quite literal horror that dealing with this individual is, but if one is some sort of masochist studying emotional, psychological and/or petty mental disturbances first hand, this is your destination. enjoy. NOT!!!
