I'm a regular patron of Pete & Macs pet hotel in Lenexa, KS. The staff is so very professional, and the resort is under control at ALL times, day and night. My dog has boarded, been to daycare and been groomed there regularly and I've found the prices to be more than reasonable for the loving service given to each pet. A pet parent's biggest worry is that their pet will be treated with a semblance of the same kind of loving care he/she gets at home while they are away. Pete & Macs MORE than satisfies this requirement. Although our dog is always glad to see us, he's never in any big hurry to leave as if he's been mistreated or ignored. The staff will also give you report cards on your pet so you'll know how he/she did during the stay. I cannot say enough about the young lady, Pam, who groomers my dog. He adores her and he always, ALWAYS is groomed to my specifications and ALWAYS lookes absolutely spiffy when we pick him up. I've been to human resorts that aren't nearly as posh as Pete & Macs! I highly recommend this pet hotel to anyone in the area, anyone passing through the area...absolutely everyone. Even our vet thinks Pete & Macs is the BEST facility in the area. Hopefully, this review will help someone decide to give Pete & Macs a try. You will NOT be disappointed in ANY way!
