Great Service-Terrible Staff

Customer Service was lacking severely as there was an event that transpired that is all but unbelievable. Imagine you are in town with family for a funeral, you have far too many in your group to crowd into a room and decide well the lobby does have a TV so you decide to sit there and chat while watching a game on the TV. Only to be told by the Desk Clerk to change the channel back as there is a program on that they are watching and doesn't want to miss it. When asked if they are kidding ,they say "no its the best episode of the season, change it back". That is the experience that I just had.
