The hotel stay was ok. We ate at the buffet and it was not to hot. Yes there was9 of us and I understand with a party of 8 or more the gratuity is automatically added in. But it shouldnt be added in when our party was seated at 2 different tables. When we asked for drink refills it was like getting oil from a waterspout. We sat at the table (there was 5 of us)with dirty plates on them.
