I have stayed at this hotel for numerous visits, in the past year for the reason location was good off the highway. But the hotel is rundown, not very clean. had to call maintenance many times to fix a/c, heat, tub, with mixed results. a/c and heat cannot be controlled well and forget about tub baths. Worst was the housekeeping did not clean the kitchen area at all. Only recommend if you are looking to use holiday inn points, or need to be across from grocery. Food is terrible at the Bennigan's
