Drug addict looking people in parking lot to greet me and help with luggage -which was more than staff did. They were hiding behind bulletproof glass. They knew not to come out! No security. Stunk very bad. Some kind of chemical smell gave me a headache. Trains kept coming by blowing whistle. Staff said they would come spray for all the insects in my room. Why would I want to smell more chemicals. How about another room? No. How about a refund since I've only been here 2 hours? No. Why? We could have rented room to someone else. How about there are only like 10 cars in the parking lot? No reply. How about I wrote Travelodge Corporate Headquarters and was told they couldn't help me. How about I will sleep in my car before I ever set foot in another Travelodge again. Worse customer treament I've ever seen.
