Similar levels of service were seen in the attached restaurant (franchised to Bennigans) where 5 staff took 20 mins to provide a menu at 9pm even though I was the only one present. Staffing at breakfast was limited to 2 who were more interested in watching TV in the adjacent bar than serving customers.
Finally the hotel is also not very clean despite the fact that it has been undergoing renovation for around the past 2 years.
I would not recommend this hotel, and will be staying at the Signature Inn (as recommended by a colleague) on future trips.
