My husabnd and I had reserved our room online for New Years. From the photos and the ratings we were expecting to have a pleasant stay. Upon first arriving to our $200.00 a night 8x10 room, inwhich there was no heat. We were offered a space heater! We preferred to have a heated room, so we were moved to another 8x10. After heading to a show and dinner we had some friends in town and we were going to go relax in the room for a little bit before heading back out, but to our amazement you are not allowed to have anyone else in your room. We explained that they were not staying we were just going to be in the room for a moment and head back out. They did say that we could sit in the lounge. I have never been to any other hotel that did not allow you to have guests in your room. We are not teenagers going to throw a beer party. Adults sitting together to have adult conversation. You would probably have a better stay at a motel 6. Maybe they would clean up the broken beer bottles out front and have some parking.

We had a very lovely comfortable room. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful to us. I would really like to rate it a 10 but we could hear people walking around in the room above us the entire time we were there.

Our stay at The Willows Hotel was a pleasant one, the hotel was well kept and displayed an Old World Atmosphere. Spacious and comfortable room and quiet location added to our enjoyable stay in Chicago.

My wife and I had a great time at the Willows. Everyone was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my wife was happy. We will definitely be back!
