Excellent value; don't judge by exterior

The rooms were far better than what it appears as you drive in; must have been recently renovated as carpets were new. Pool in excellent condition, great for kids. Cheap room, very good value. Location is not within walking distance of campus, though you could hike it to the stadium if fairly determined. Room clean. Service (we had problem with locks on door) is about average. But for ~$50/night, far better than one would reasonably expect.
