We got a ground-level motel room (they have two floors of motel rooms, as well as several cabins) in the beginning of hunting season, and we absolutely loved it. The rooms aren't as extravegant as some of the other hotels in the area, but we had a very nice bed, all the amenities we needed, and a gorgeous view from the patio. The Salmon River was right there, the mountains were in the background, and it was a great way to spend a weekend. So great, in fact, that we're going back this month for another weekend get-away.
