Cheap, clean, close to town

This was the third time I stayed at Motel West and have never had any issues with staff or the property. On site restaurant has delicious baked goods and friendly older ladies who do the cooking, Easy walking distance to the grocery or downtown. Will book room for another weekend next month.

This place needs new owners who understand how to run a motel.
It seems that all you need to stay here is money; if you have a family with you, go elsewhere.
Bedspreads smell like sweat; hot water is iffy; the a/c works but needs maintenance because it's so LOUD you need earplugs to sleep;and the best part is that they rent to anyone, meaning mostly loud, rude, drunk & argument-seeking people who seem to want to fight with anyone, or at least stare you down. The late night parking lot shouting parties are the best--and don't bother calling the cops, they could care less. YOU"VE BEEN WARNED--and the pool (indoor) should be closed down (or at least the board of health should have a look at it). This is a mormon town, most businesses and all law enforcement are, so don't bother looking for any assistance from anyone to deal with the poor conditions of the 'guests'.
