Cougar Mountain Lodge in Smith's Ferry Idaho offers good old down home cooking, friendly atmosphere and a place to destress from the hectic city life. Our family has been going to the lodge for about 5 years and we can't wait to go back. The rooms are not fancy by any means but are clean and comfortable. If you chose you can mosey on down to the cafe in the morning and have coffee with the locals or take a cup of joe and sit out on the deck or head down to the river and watch the swans. It is awesome.
