The room was OK, but the elevator would not respond to our key at all. Sometimes another guest's would and we could 'tag along', but often one of the hotel people would have to get it going. There did not seem to be any urgency to fixing this problem. The bathroom was not well set up to hold personal items - no place to put toiletries, etc.
