We arrived in Oahu late at night and we were glad that we didn't have far to go to our hotel. It would have been hard to figure the roads out in the dark. The hotel is small and older but, the room was very clean and the AC was ice cold. The pool was nice and the people very friendly. The room is small with only a shower stall (no tub) but that was all we needed. For someone who wants to save money to spend on 'events'... this is the place to sleep at night. We would stay there again.

Bad experience Horrible customer servie to a disabled veteran on Veteran's Day from Pacific Marina Inn. When asking about the over-priceing of the hotel room the only response I received was, "Well sir, you had the right to walk away; by they way why did you even stay in the first place?" Even though I was referred by another hotel branch that was over-booked, I thought that I was going to receive at least decent treatment with customer service representitives. When a person with that much authority reacts to a simple question as Mr. Kemblin did makes me wonder how he would treat other patrons to his establishment.
