Where can we start? This hotel is straight up bs! NO windows? And yeah we paid for a Llanai.., they don’t care, they had us pay a lot more to be moved to a room with a lanai facing a brick wall... and we met plenty of people in the same situation.., they don’t take responsible for 3rd part booking (heard this line at least 100 times), that means if you reserve your room on the internet they put you in a bunker! And the smell of mold, bug spray and no air in the room doesn’t make it better...Wanna be rappers working in the lobby "macking" on the guest? Not the type of service you want right?! So do your self a big favor and do never ever even considering staying here! And by the way, the pictures on all sites even their own is from the beginning of the 80´s.
