Georgia Aquarium - forget the hype! Even though this is the newest aquarium built - its a lot smaller than what I had expected and not as interesting.

got to go to Filene's Basement First went to Filene's Basement in Chicago and discovered the one here in Atlanta. GREAT place to shop, can get great bargains on awesome name brand clothing, etc.

Wonderful Food! Azzio downtown is an awesome Italian restaurant. The interior design is contemporary. The food is savory. If you are an Access member, print out a buy one get one coupon before you go. We had the lasagna, house salad, and their fresh baked bread. Also, try the Tavern on Phipps. We had the broiled chicken salad. It was fresh and had broiled chicken, hearts of palm, tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar dressing. The first time we went there on our trip we ate inside on a Sunday. The lighting is dim and romantic. The service is great. We liked it so much that we went back a second time before we left Atlanta. We had their chicken sandwich and fries. The fries are big and thick and hot. The chicken sandwich is the best I've eaten. We ate at the Braves Chop House. The service was great there, but I was not impressed with the food quality. We had chicken strips and a turkey wrap and we each had a beer. My chicken strips were cold.
