I wish I could have known how horrible a hotel this was before we paid! The workers and MANAGERS are very rude and do not care about you, people had keys to our room that was not supposed to and this strange man was in my room as I was about to take a shower. This hotel is very unsafe and will, I repeat, not do anything to help you, they do not care and treat u like u are not alive. The room was disgusting with leaking air conditioners and we had no trash can and were put into dirty rooms twice, our phone did'nt even work so we could not call front desk! Absoultley the most horrible experince in the world! I hope that nobody ever has to deal with this hotel! TRICKS U BY SAYING SO CLOSE TO BUSCH GARDENS!!! BEWARE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!
