While visiting your property in August of 2003. I found that the staff was very accommodating. I enjoyed the lounge area & pool area. I feel that the hotel could have been a little more updated & cleaner. There was some mildew in shower ( but I'm sure that happens) & that you should repaint interior of rooms. But other then that we had a wonderful time.

lowry zoo We loved the Lowry zoo in Tampa it was one of the best zoos we have ever been to! So many things to do I cant wait to go back!

Busch Gardens I enjoyed this a lot. The only time you would have a long wait is if you wanted to get on a roller coaster. The shows are in groups and can just walk in and have plenty of seating. I ran into an area in the new Jungala attraction. They have an area for the kids to play in the jumping water fountains. It was fun to watch them. On a hot day it's the place to let them play for a while and cool off. Also while in Jungala they have stilt walkers come out and interact with the guests. Everyone seemed to enjoy that. Can have pictures taken with them and watch them do some dancing on stilts. One of the shows I liked best was Katonga. It was about African Tales and lasted approx. 30 min. Cool, comfortable and very entertaining. Dancing, singing, story telling, the best show there! Another area for the little ones was the Land of the Dragons. Play area, rides and seats for parents to watch the kids. Be sure to stay and see the Dumphrey show and take pictures with Dumphrey.
