First, I was left hanging on long distance call to attempt reservation. Second, no confirmation #'s issued for either reservation or cancelation. Third, my cancelation was not honored and my credit card was billed, despite two calls from me to cancel reservations, which was said by clerk not to exist. Poor reputation of this facility used by relative, who visits Tallahassee often, upheld by my experience.
