We had such a good time at the TradeWinds this past March! We were checked in in only a few minutes and headed up to our room, which was ready at 2:00 pm instead of their usual 4:00 pm check in. Our view was beautiful, and my fiance loved the pillows. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! Everywhere we went on the ground someone was smiling at us or holding a door open. Our server (unfortunately I can't remember his name) in Bermuda's restaurant was attentive and really made us feel welcome. We loved the ammenities, especially that there was an adults-only pool. The grounds were lush and tropical and the koi pond at the Sandpiper is lovely. All in all we had a wonderful stay! Clean rooms, good food, excellent service, and of course...the beach!

A bit down market

This hotel is in a good location on a nice beach, however the hotel does need renovating. The dirty damp smelling carpet everywhere needs to go immediately! The indoor pool was dirty and I wouldn't let my children swim in it. There are not enough chairs around the outdoor pool as people seem to reserve them and go out for the day, leaving parents who need to watch their children in the pool unable to find a chair or lounger. The whole atmosphere felt a bit down market really and needs some money spent on it.

Excellent location near beach & amenities. Bar next door very noisy. Apartments well equipped but in need of updating. Gulf B'vard very dangerous to cross.
