I've been to this hotel alot. I love it. I live in new york city and traveling to west palm and staying at this hotel was the best, was paradise to me. We're going back soon. We love it.

Poor housekeeping
Disappointed in lack of housekeeping services provided. Also the extra cost of $18 per day to park your car. Seems a little outrageous! Cost $15 to sit on a lounge chair on the beach for an hour. Seems that could be a courtesy when paying the prices charged for the outdated room.

Great Deal
Wow what a deal. Oceanfront hotel in a very nice area. I got a Florida Resident rate of $89, my room had a deck to view the sea. It was sooo great. I will be returning in September!
