I first visited this Hotel 18 years ago, PPB(pre Pool Bar), and was very pleased with the attitude of the Staff/Hotel(Having worked in a Customer facing job for 45 years). I have been back every 1 or 2 years somtimes with my Family, and the staff always tried to please all its Guests. I am going back at the end of this month for our Anniversary, and am looking forward to the visit.

we stayed with our son,daughter in law and daughter with 3 grandchildren having 2 rooms between us,travelling with virgin, the carpets needed a good clean aswell as the bedding, the bath was blocked twice and had to have the plumber out. the hotel rooms were being used by homeless americans who were put there, while they were found permanant homes. been to orlando 6 times but this was the worst place we had stayed in. the only good thing was its at the southern end of international drive and just around the corner from sea world which you can walk too.
