Great all round holiday

I must admit we mainly chose this resort as they had a special offer on, however, we ended up being very pleased we did. The resort offers great facilities on site but still is located close to Universal Studios and Disneyland. When we have kids, we’ll definitely take them there! Will NEVER go back!!!

First of all, the staff led us in three different directions when we got there when we asked where to check in. Finally found it. Watched a couple of family fights on the grounds. We could have gotten this entertainment from a trailer park. They talk about service but our room was not made up or cleaned during our three night stay. Then they wanted us to sit through a sales presentation which is nothing short of high pressure. They had the audacity to imply that my kids don't know what they want in a vacation and that they shouldn't be allowed to make any decisions. When I told them I wasn't interested, they sent two more people to try and close the deal. GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!
