Looking forward to next time
I was in this hotel for a total of 3 days & 2 nights. I most say that being a hotelier myself, this hotel is exceptional. The lobby area, rooms, restaurants, etc. etc. is immaculate. Outstanding service, very professional staff members specially Ms. Ada Vasquez (Front Desk Agent) whom checked us in and assigned us rooms # 4343 & 4341. As an annual pass member from Universal Studios I have made up my mined and decided to always stay at this property. Keep up the great work and Thank you for making my stay extremely pleasant and look forward staying with you very soon once again.
