Business trip was awesome mate recommended me, even tho reviews are bad the reviews are for a hotel called heritage inn not Disney heritage which is confusing tourists and business company, easy to go any were and shopping. would go back again

This is by far the nastiest motel I have ever seen. Mold and roaches everywhere. This is a flophouse that has illegal tenants, prostitutes working the parking lot, and people knocking at my door asking if I needed some home made cigarette (if you know what that could be). Stay away at any cost! You get what you pay for indeed, how dare the Orlando chamber of commerce allow this dump to be advertised.

A scary place to stay.

The first room given had no air-conditioning, dirty carpets, and a communicating door. We moved to another where our every move was watched by black people hanging around. No batteries in remote, no plate in microwave, no plugs in sink or bath, coffee maker didn't work and the locks were faulty. Banging on the door at around 4.40am scared us. Then someone tried to force the door open at around 9.50am. We left at lunchtime and flew home a day early. Be warned, this appeared to be a home for people paid by the state.

I have stayed in hotels around the world but none have ever been so disgusting. The adverts on the internet say it has a bar - never open; a gym - never saw it; air conditioning - it didn't work; a concierge - ha! There were prostitutes living there - not to mention thousands of cockroaches!

Roach Motel !!!!!!

Opened the door to the room and a dozen roaches scattered for cover. Roaches all over the beds. dirty everything! Smelly and disgusting! the hotel resembles a flop house. Illegal aliens have taken up residency here with drug deals being made in the breezeways between buildings. We did not stay, we ran for our lives. stayed at the quality inn down the street for $20.00 less. If you value you safety do not stay here!

This is THE worst "hotel" I've been to. Sure the prices are very reasonable, but you get less than what you pay for and I was so dissatisfied. The plumbing is horrible. We had to flush the toilet twice every time and it took 5 mins for the water to drain after taking a shower. You get the bare minimum for towels, etc. and everything is super thin...not to mention all the hair I found everywhere, including on the shower walls, hairdryer (after they had to come repair it), and towels. The fitness room is a joke. All the equipment is from the 70s and 75% of it is broken, yet the staff "has never been inside," so they wouldn't know or care to get it fixed! I think the biggest upset was when I found large amounts of BLOOD (obviously not mine) on the pillow and on the sheets!!!!!!!! Talk about unsanitary! And when we told the front desk, they didn't flinch. Definitely ruined my trip! Don't go to Heritage Hotel!!

Top Local Tips for Orlando

Don't Miss the Rainforest! I am an Orlando native, and every time I go back to visit, I can't miss the Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney! It is a great place to go for special dinners with family and friends! It's like eating in the middle of lush, tropical rainforest, complete with animated animals! The food is great and the service is always impeccable! It can be a little pricey for those on a budget, expect to pay an average of $18-$24 per person. But it is worth it!

Buses near the Heritage Hotel Be careful about riding the Lynx bus system around Orlando. We used the trip planner on the Lynx website and it said to use route 301 as one of the buses to get to Walt Disney World. We overslept a couple of hours and when we got to the 301 bus stop, it had already ceased running for the morning. The Lynx site made no mention of this. We ended up taking an $80 ride out to WDW so that we wouldn't spend hours riding alternate buses.
