my family and i recently stayed at your hotel and the experience was not a good one, for the amount of money we spend for 9 days you would think we would have a nice luxury suites, but the hotel is run down and in need of much renovation,to top it off the cleaning staff that cleans your room is not trustworthy at all,my neice earrings went missing and my sister baby oil gel went missing also.i told my husband to unpack our stuff so that we can check our things before we left but he did'nt.now that we are home unpacking all of my son undershits/pants are missing my daughters undershirts /panties slippers are also missing,when you stay at a hotel you should not have the workers going through your stuff their job is to clean your room not search your bags and help themselves, i was very diappointed in this. i will be calling this hotel to further let them know just how disappointed we are.when you save to go on vacation and buy things to bring back and to have them stolen is not a good feeling i did not sleep last night thinking about all of this and this prabably not the first time they did something like this,but i would not let this go just like i will not sweep this under the rug people need to know who are travelling and thinking about staying at your hotel.i am very angry.

Top Local Tips for Orlando

theme parks Use the fastpass when u can. It can save you lots of waiting time. ps We woudl advise visit USA in September after their bank holiday then it is really quiet. The parks may close slightly earlier byt there are no queues and you can get through loads of rides each day. It is really worth it.

Shopping at weekends Try shopping at the weekends and leaving the parks for mid week when they are least busy.

Tipping The tipping will drive you nuts. 10% is veritably frowned upon. Some places even suggest recommended amounts, some add the tip to the bill and then suggest a further gratuity. Okay, I suspect some employees are badly paid but this in-your-face give-us-the-money-buddy for what is mostly not very efficient service is a real turn-off.
