The Nasty Staff!!!!!!!
This was the first mother/daughter vacation for my six year old and me. I reported to the house keeping manager (Ron) & asst general manager (Tom) that I noticed "lumpy, green, dried mucus" on a pillow in the room on the bed where I slept. I was attempting to read a book and rest my arm on the pillow upon discovery of the filth. I immediately informed the staff of the problem only for an additional staff member (Karon) to come into the room and accuse my daughter of putting it (dried mucus) on the pillow. I was angry, disgusted and very disappointed!!! I was told by all of the listed parties that they would take of the problem and make sure to take care of me, they would call me as well as take of my room.....I have yet to hear from anyone with an apology and most sadly was not offered a clean room!!!!! It is really sad and your customer service was horrible..!!

Excellent. First Class from start to finish. The Staff from Harry & Hairy, Brenda in the dining room to reception and house maids all made our stay so good. Facilities cannot be faulted. We are coming back folks. See you in April 2008!

Well designed
It was so nice to be at your hotel, so comfortable and well designed, my kids enjoy so much the African enviroment of the decoration, the service was excellent and the location near the theme parks is so good.
