Great location, across road from Pointe Orlando and within 10 minutes drive of Prime outlets and 5 minutes to seaworld -very busy with teenagers - could be noisy at times - would still recommned though:-)

The hotel is clean, comfy and the staff are great. I am so pleased with the hotel & staff that I am going back this year 07 with 11 family members (age range 8 - 83).

Poor holiday atmosphere

Too many business people, which spoilt the holiday "atmosphere”. Hotel bar only open at times to suit conference/business people; when returning to the hotel at 4.30pm from a day at a theme park it would be nice to get a drink and relax in the bar! Also, chamber maids quite hostile .however, staff in deli/takeaway, and breakfast restaurant very nice. Rooms clean & tidy.

Nice staff, nice place - shame about the smell

The restaurant was great - best food that we had while in Orlando. Staff was great. Nightclub band was highly entertaining. Pool was gorgeous. The whole place looked great but once you stepped off the elevator to your floor there was a mouldy/musty smell that was really nasty and caused our allergies to kick in. The rooms looked nice but the shower/toilet room looked dingy and the tub looked dirty.
