Firstly let me say a positive about the hotel, cheap rooms. That's it. Nothing else
Positive at all! From check in the shuttle service wouldn't pick us up at the airport
Even though they advertise it. The front desk staff was rude, our room wasn't ready
And when we asked if we could eat something at the pizza hut or restaurant inside the hotel
We were told "of course go right ahead relax". The only problem was nothing was open at 3pm in the afternoon!
Next the room, floor soaking wet and when it would rain water world leak from around the frame of the window.
The ceiling was falling down due to water damage also. Sleep number beds are a joke deflating over the course of the night.
Some advice....RENT A CAR!! If u don't there are only three shuttles to disney parks a day.so if u like making your
Plans around someone else schedule by all means use their advertised "park shuttles". They have two pools also, and both of them had algae spots
On the bottom. I do not understand how they can run a business this way. I will never stay there again and I will tell everyone I know to never

Typhoon Lagoon This is a great way to end a Disney vacation because it is very relaxing and the kids will love the slow pace after many days of running at the Disney parks! Plus those who are adventurous can swim with sharks, sting rays, and other exotic fish. GREAT FUN!!

A good exit off of I-4 for things to do. We went to eat at red lobster, which was in the Lake Buona Vista exit off of I-4. This looked like a fun exit, lots of food and shopping, even mini-golf. If I went back, I would look for a hotel on that exit.

Short cut to 192, Disney The hotel is off of 192 on an access road. As there is no light there, it is very difficult to turn right onto the busy highway; a left turn (towards Disney) is impossible, due to the dividing median. If you turn right out of the hotel parking lot, you can go behind a small office park, through a few speed bumps to Sherberth Road, which has a light for turning onto Hwy. 192. Or you can turn right onto Sherberth and go straight to Disney, coming out onto the Osceola Pkwy. near the Animal Kingdom.
