Firstly let me say a positive about the hotel, cheap rooms. That's it. Nothing else Positive at all! From check in the shuttle service wouldn't pick us up at the airport Even though they advertise it. The front desk staff was rude, our room wasn't ready And when we asked if we could eat something at the pizza hut or restaurant inside the hotel We were told "of course go right ahead relax". The only problem was nothing was open at 3pm in the afternoon! Next the room, floor soaking wet and when it would rain water world leak from around the frame of the window. The ceiling was falling down due to water damage also. Sleep number beds are a joke deflating over the course of the night. Some advice....RENT A CAR!! If u don't there are only three shuttles to disney parks a day.so if u like making your Plans around someone else schedule by all means use their advertised "park shuttles". They have two pools also, and both of them had algae spots On the bottom. I do not understand how they can run a business this way. I will never stay there again and I will tell everyone I know to never Stay at this hotel!
