The safe in the room was broken so we were given another room and the safe was closed and locked so we felt unsafe to ask staff to open the safe as it might not work properly after being opened and also we felt insecure. So we had to carry all our valuables with us to everywhere we went including the Disney MGM Park and we used the safe at Disney Park instead. The price I paid was good value for money so didn't expect too much of it until it came to breakfast time. I found the breakfast experience very unhygienic, as it was self-service, we noticed on several occasions that some people were handling the food and putting it back. And the most disgusting thing was that some were also sneezing and coughing over the food on display. Sometimes on their hand and then touching the food on display afterwards. This really puts us off our breakfast we did not eat in the hotel although we chose to stay at the Quality Inn which stated includes breakfast so we ended up paying more by...... Read more

Room Wasn'T Available When We Came

Like to have our money back because the room was rented out before we checked in. Was offered a one queen bedroom for 4 people instead. We had had to accept because the time was 2 am and we were traveling with children.
