Hotels If on a Flydrive pick up a copy of Roomsaver magazine which is available in the Foyer of most Dennys restaurants and at the Tourist information centre. This contains vouchers with special walk in rates for several hotels in Florida based upon availability. Very useful to have. Most of all have fun.

Orlando Mears Shuttle service We reserved /prepaid for a roundtrip airport to hotel and return hotel to airport service. The shuttle from Orlando Int Airport to the hotel was fine. The shuttle, that was reserved ahead of time to take us from the hotel to OIA, never showed and caused us to nearly miss our flight. We called Mears shuttle service and the staff lied to us regarding the shuttle having come to the hotel and said that we were not in the lobby. The hotel staff spoke (at our request) to the Mears shuttle service agent and said that we were in the lobby 30 min. before our scheduled shuttle pickup and that no shuttle had stopped at the hotel entrance. The hotel staff member also said that he has the entrance/parking lot on survelience tape and there was not record of a Mears shuttle arriving. Mears sent a taxi who initially refused to take a Mears shuttle voucher but eventually did. We arrived that the airport 45 min. before our scheduled departure and barely made it to the gate.

go to the 52 Seasons on Sand Lake Road 52 Seasons and/or Roys are both great restaurants of equal caliber. Go to these for a nice romantic and affordable night out. Great food. Just down the road (a short drive) from the Quality Suites.
