Bad management / service
My family returned back to our room around 2:00pm to find one bed made perfect and the other bed was completely stripped of sheets with everything piled on top of bed. We had no clean towels but the worst thing was the smell in our room.I complained to the manager that there was a bad chemical smell in our room, bad enough I made everyone leave the room. The chemical smell was that of methamphetamines, like someone was in our room smoking meth. The guy behind the counter said he would take care of it. Two hours later I got clean towels and bed made. No one ever came to investigate smell or do anything about it. I had to leave door open to my room for 2 hours and spray anything I could find to get rid of smell.Worst expirience I have ever had at a Quality Inn & Suites, They look in you in the face and lie to you when they say they will take care of it. Live, learn and don't go back.

Hidden Treasure
I have to admit, from the outside it looks like any other Quality Inn. But once you get inside you are totaly amazed. The Lobby is clean and comfortable. The rooms are also clean and comfortable and have free high speed internet service, which is great for me. The continental breakfast was very nice and is served in a new breakfast area, I was told. But the biggest surprise is the pool area, it is beautifully landscaped with waterfalls and a Koi pond. Not something I expected when I checked in. The staff was very friendly as well. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone, and feel safe with my reccomendation.
