stayed here twice the first time was best western this time monumental the rooms were clean air con was good a pretty basic hotel really but you get what you pay for we only needed it to sleep but every thing worked ok ice machine tv air con coffee maker was all in gwo and found the staff polite and friendly

worse place ive ever stayed in. very smelly rooms, and hotel, smelly.only stayed for 1 night. very dissasatisfied.

Great hotel for a Great Price!!

I have stayed in Best Western MovieLand a couple of years ago and it was just an average hotel with OK customer service and great price. I had a good time in Orlando with my girlfriend on the previous trip. We went back to this hotel again in Feb and the hotel was actually a lot better than before. I believe they changed a different owner and different management. The front door was replaced and looked a lot better. The front desk clerks were really polite and courteous. The rooms have new furniture and new paint job. Housekeeping did an awesome job cleaning our room. There was a computer (NetPad) in the room that we could go online with made everything a lot more convenient. We could look up restaurants and fun places to go to online right in the room. The hotel also provides free shuttle bus to Universal studio, Island of Adventure, City Walk & Sea World. Wet n' Wild waterpark is right across the street from the hotel. The weather was great, we spent most of our time in the decent sized heated pool. Everything was great, even the price that we were quoted. We are very satisfied with all the changes and improvements that the hotel had made and I would definitely go back again. I would like to recommend this place to those who are interested in going to Orlando for vacation. Keep up with the good work MOVIELAND!!!

Stayed for two weeks, found the place to be clean and comfortable. Room cleaned everyday. I had no problems. Staff nice, easy to talk to. Would stay again.

Not one nights sleep in 21!

Just returned from three weeks in Florida and had booked Best Western as part of a package. I can honestly say it is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. There is a 4" gap under every front door and the noise in the corrider all night long is unbearable. That is after you have chased out the cockroaches.

We moved to another hotel after one night at best western movieland. They had promised us a refrigerator and did not come through. It all seemed small. Small beds, small bathroom, in general small room. Too small to spend a week there.

I-Ride Trolley / Lynx Bus Downtown Orlando is nothing much to write home about but if you must go by bus from the I-Drive area - do not catch the Link 8 bus, go for Link 38 every time. The $9 one-week pass for the I-Ride Trolley is a bargain, links up with at least 5 shopping centres along the I-Drive area - just jump on and off whenever and wherever! If you want to catch the bus to Disney from I-Drive, take the I-Ride Trolley to Seaworld and jump on the Link 50 to Downtown Disney - even without buying a bus pass in advance would only cost $2.50 each way for an adult!
