I've been to a lot of hotels in my time, this one was by far the absolute worst. Very low class of people residing in this hotel, as well as the staff. Before you even enter the building, you can see that the place is not in a good part of town and most certainly not well maintained, even the "outside" walkways of the building smell very bad...like flies on rotting food I would describe it.

The actual rooms were the absolute worst. It was obvious the main class of people that resided here, my room was rundown, filthy(after housekeeping had done "their job" for the next tenant, smelly. The furniture was marked up and with pink nail polish, raggedy, pictures with broken glass hanging above the headboards of the beds, cigarette burns in the bed quilts, no curtains on the windows, an the floor(carpet) was so filthy and smelly, I refuse to walk around in the room barefooted, or even in my socks, which the floor turned black. I was forced to wear my shoes in the room at all times.

The bathroom: Was repulsive. Ladies hair all over the floor, nasty walls, cigarette burns on the toilet seats, stopped up bath tub drain, mold on the ceiling above the bath tub, not even complimentary shampoo or conditioner.

When I first arrived, I could even receive incoming calls on the phone, and didn't get the 70 channels of cable like they advertised, and others channels didn't have sound. I'm currently waiting another television. The maintenance personal said "I'll put you down as pending".

Though I must say, the most disturbing factor of the room, was "the roaches" and the smell of roach crap throughout the entire room. I had to spend the 1st two days fighting them off.

Absolute worst hotel in history. My advise, stay as far away from this place as humanly possible, it's absolutely repulsive. I recommend Value Place off of Lake Underhill & Goldenrod. As far as the monthly rate, it's a "tad" more expensive, but absolutely wonderful. Very nice, very clean. As a matter of fact, I'll be relocating there, as soon as the time I paid for here up, being that it is non-refundable.

Oh yes, did I mention all this I got, for almost "$900.00" for the month.

I love it because they were nice, and it was fun, because I love hotels.. They always have great room service!

The worst experience of my life. People knocking on your door at 3:00 A.M. looking to sell you drugs. Really bad. Beware.
