Absolutely brilliant staff and great service

Stayed here for 14 days and we were treated very kindly by the staff and management. So friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Room was serviced everyday and there are towels at poolside. I loved the homewood suites and will certainly return. Made new friends and the assistant manger is a great lady who was very kind to my daughter.

Great hotel

Location on American Way, just off I Drive, within sight of Wet n Wild was very convenient. Breakfast included was a bonus and money saver for 2 weeks and the managers special 4 nights a week with beer and wine was welcome and gave a chance to speak to other holiday makers. Rooms were cleaned every day, beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. Free parking, pool clean with separate jacuzzi. At the Hilton Garden Inn next door, you could use the pool, in the evening there was a Tiki bar outside, prices were reasonable and Colin the bar tender was a great fun guy. We are returning this year.

The Woman's Club of Deerfield Beach, Inc. has stayed twice at the Orlando Homewood Suites and we have been very pleased with your facility and staff. We look forward to staying at your hotel when the Florida Federation of Womaen's Clubs meet for conventions in the Spring and Fall.
