What a horrible experience

Each day we stayed (3) at this hotel, it got worse. The first night at check in, the person at the counter was not friendly. The second night, we returned from a long day at Disney to find we did not receive maid service for the day. The third day we were awoken by a 5am fire alarm. When asked an employee where the stairs were, he replied, "I don't know". Then we checked out, 3 days early, without receiving the 100% satisfaction guarantee that Hampton Inns promise (even after speaking with the general manager).
