returned home today after 2 weeks at this great hotel. pool area perfect for children and adults. rooms very comfortable especially beds. staff very pleasant and helpful. food good. transport easy with or without car . local amenities good and safari golf next door with alligators is great for children. all in all a very good place to spend a holiday. would certainly use again if the occasion arose,

First time on holiday without kids. The staff were great, the hotel was clean and it was a very pleasant stay. Nothing to complain about, and anyone who didn't enjoy there stay, wouldn't enjoy themselves anywhere.
Hope to return in 2007, with friends and family.

My stay at the Shereton was fantastic and the staff were very pleasant & helpful, the food was very good and the rooms were clean & tidy, I would advise any of my family or friends to stay at this hotel if going to Florida and I will certainly be going back there again.

We recently got married in Florida and as a wedding present our parents booked a night here, we were on the top floor with amazing views over International Drive. We had planned to spend the evening at Universal Studio Boardwalk, but we went to the pool bar and got talking to the Barman, Zeke, who was the most polite and helpful barman in the world!! We had a wonderful Breakfast included and because we had such a wonderful view we watched the sun come up over Orlando. What a sight!!!

Top Local Tips for Orlando

Busch Gardens, Tampa FL Take the time to travel to Busch Gardens in Tampa. We went there on our last day and fully enjoyed the park. We really enjoy water rides and this park has three of them. Dress appropriate because you will get soaked. You can also take a guided tour through the Serengeti Plain. The fee is about $37. Most important: If you decide to go to Busch Gardens, go the the SeaWorld website and book a 7-day two-park pass. This will allow you access to both parks for seven days. it was well worth it for us. Enjoy!

monorail if you ask very nicely you may be allowed to ride with the driver of the monorail at walt disney world

Bus Available to Magic Kingdom If you have no car, don't spend a lot of money on a taxi to Disney Magic Kingdom, there is a bus availble for just over a dollar at the south end of International Drive.
