We stayed in this hotel in September 2005 for 2 weeks, on arrival we found the room spotless and comfortable with fridge and plenty of towels and everything at hand, the staff were very friendly and are holiday run smoothly for 2weeks. It was ideal location for us. We would highly recommend this hotel to other people.

A Big Disappointment!

We checked into this hotel only to find that there were no towels in the room. We phoned the lobby to be told "oh arent they? Can you come down for some?" we replied "you want us to come down there for them"? At which the receptionist strutted and said she would send someone up with them. (Bearing in mind that this was 8.30 pm in the states but 1 am to us!! having just spent a good 10 hours flying time via Toronto) - The towels arrived and were unceremoniously dumped on our table by a security man. We then went to have a shower only to find that there were no soaps etc. Luckily I had packed some shampoo so we used that. It was obvious to us that our room was not ready and we were worried that even the bed sheets had not been laundered but we were far too tired to care by this point. The next morning on check out us were greeted by no smiles or even a good morning, just a grunt. So will we use this hotel again.... not on your life!! It was a waste of money and put a damper on our first day - however things did pick up after that as we stayed at numerous other hotels on our trip around the coast of Florida on a Harley Davidson motor bike!!! All of which had big smiles, clean towels, and lovely clean rooms.
