The only thing great about this place is the price. Once I checked into the motel the attendant sent me across the hall to gain a parking pass. There I had to listen to a sales pitch for discount tickets (that I already had). When I refused the package the woman became nasty. The breakfast does not come complimentary with the room, it costs extra. They did not inform me of that when I checked in. We found out the next morning when we did not have a breakfast voucher to eat. I was in a room right next to the pool and could not get the wi-fi signal except for the early morning hours. The police were called to the location during our stay. There was not a microwave in the room, although there was a fridge as promised. Fortunately we were not there to watch TV because the reception was filled with static. The room was so tiny I had to put the suitcases under the table. The dryers did not work in the laundry facility, I did not know this until after they were washed. If I ever return to Orlando I will spend a little more for a more comfortable stay. If you want any luxuries at all this is not the place to stay.

Where do I start... The hotel is under renovation, or at least it was at some point in time. The whole time I stayed there June 12-17th 2009 I did not see any contruction workers. The dumpsters were full and did not get emptied. The lobby had 1/2 the ceiling missing due to the renovation when I arrived and was in the exact same condition when I checked out. The room was supposed to come with a continental breakfast but it did not. I was informed that due to the "renovation work" they had canceled the free breakfast. I was told I would get a voucher for Burger king in the norning.The voucher was for almost nothing...You had your choice of ONE ITEM ...cinistix OR sausage biscuit OR hash browns and either coffee OR juice. I was not happy but I went to the burger king drive through to place my order. I was told I had to come inside for the Days Inn voucher and they were out of the sausage biscuit I had asked for.... I just drove away and did not even ask for another voucher. The room was dirty. I went to Target and purchased cleaning supplies to disinfect itand a 2 new sheets. I really preferred that the cleaning people not even TRY to clean it again for me by putting the do not disturb sign on the door, HOWEVER the maid must not have known what that meant since the room had been straightened and "cleaned"when I came back. The counter was streaked from something..probably the dirty rag used on the previous rooms. One room has been turned into an office of sorts for a limo service I think. There are @8 stretched limos in the parking lot that went out at different points. The TV had 5 channels and not a good picture either. If I had it to do over again I would have gone to a different hotel but I was only there to sleep .If I had been with my wife or kids I would have walked out after the first night or even before

The microwave was pretty new and worked well as did the mini fridge

I have never stayed at a hotel that was this bad

tricky the weather is very tricky there it's cold and a few hours later the sun starts to warm up then a hour later it ets cloudy is just a little of everything so make sure you take clothes for all weather conditions.

Kennedy Space Centre Visit the Astronauts Hall of Fame which you pass on the way to the Kennedy space centre. You get a ticket for $38 that entitles you to visit both. You will find that you cannot do both attractions in one day, but the ticket also entitles you to a free seconf visit within a week, so we repeated the tour a few days later and saw all the other bits we missed on the first. Do not miss the IMAX walking on the moon by Tom Hanks it really was awesome ( And when I use that word I mean it! )
